Trevor brings 15 years of real estate investment experience across industrial, office, housing lot development, data center infrastructure, and multifamily assets. His experience includes sponsoring and managing private real estate investment funds, structuring joint ventures, and executing development and stabilized investments across market cycles.
Prior to co-founding 4130 Partners, Trevor was a Managing Director at Grandview Partners and previously served as a Vice President at Greenfield Partners. He began his career in real estate investment banking at Eastdil Secured / Wells Fargo Securities.
Trevor holds a Master of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Trevor brings 15 years of real estate investment experience across industrial, office, housing lot development, data center infrastructure, and multifamily assets. His experience includes sponsoring and managing private real estate investment funds, structuring joint ventures, and executing development and stabilized investments across market cycles.

Prior to co-founding 4130 Partners, Michael was a Managing Director at Grandview Partners and previously served as a Vice President at Greenfield Partners, where he helped scale investment strategies and deepen relationships with operating partners across multiple asset classes.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
